Flying slightly below the radar compared to names like DEYA and Cloudwater, Beak Brewery have been quietly putting Lewes in Sussex on the map.  Their expressive, hop-driven beers and a house style that's instantly recognisable: bright, characterful and balanced.  It may be their IPAs and pales that people first fall in love with but their lagers and mixed-fermentation releases show they have serious brewing chops regardless of style.
