Black Iris had the lovely folks from Thornbridge Brewery down recently to collab with them on a beer, and they decided to make a Dunkel--a dark German-style lager.

This delicious dark lager starts with Munich malt as its base to establish a robust caramel beginning. From there we build the depth of flavour and colour with the addition of carared malt, chocolate malt and candi sugar for complex sweetness with notes of chestnuts.
