Boco House Coren / 2022 / 75cl

Unlike other sparkling wines from England, Boco by House Coren is produced using the Charmat method, a technique where the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in sealed tank rather than bottle. This preserves all the fruit flavours and subtle complexity that grapes in England are famous for while retaining acidity that gives a fresh, clean finish. It is a method that has been rarely used in England. Until now.

An irridescent pale, white peach in colour, clear with ultra fine bubbles and a hint of bronzing from the Pinot Noir. The nose offers ripe pear, stone fruit and fresh citrus, with a palate of peaches, ripe pears a hint of raspberry and a long, clean citrus and green apple finish.
