Bohigas Extra Brut Gran Reserva Cava / N.V. / 75cl

A blend of Xarel·lo (50%), Macabeu (25%), Parellada (15%) and Chardonnay (10%).

Aromas of dried fruit, toast and nuts. Very fine and persistent bubbles on the complex palate with layers of fresh citrus, ripe apple and lightly honeyed notes. It has a fine structure and good length, with pastry and subtle spice characters on the finish.
