Burnt Mill Cool Heights 5.5% / 44cl

During a March visit from Japanese brewers, West Coast Brewing and Be Easy Brewing, Burnt Mill obviously had to make a beer! They decided to try a Mountain Pale with a soft malt bill of extra pale, flaked oats and a touch of crystal T50 to ease into some big hitting hops. Whirlpooling with Chinook, Columbus and Amarillo has given some pine and plenty of citrus fruit. They then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Citra for a real melody of tropical fruits and vinous vibes. A superb blend of East meets West.
