Burnt Mill Silver Lake West Coast IPA 6.0% / 44cl

Silver Lake is a West Coast IPA where Burnt Mill are trying out an experimental hop variety. They have stuck with their malt bill of dextrin, caramalt and Vienna malts for a balanced mouthfeel to showcase the hops. They have combined the new hop HBC (Hop Breeding Company) 638 along with some classics that they know well, Citra and Chinook. HBC 638 gives a tutti-frutti type flavours of sweet fruits, citrus notes and berries, blending this with tropical Citra and piney Chinook gives us a fruit IPA with a touch of west coast pine.
