Campo Flores Blanco Orgánico / 2022 / 75cl

Master of Wine Giles Cooke, has led his winemaking team to craft a range that illustrates the brilliant potential of La Mancha as well as the quality of fruit that this region can deliver when respectful, sustainable techniques are maintained. In the vineyard the are working with farmers in Cuenca who grow grapes much as they have done for centuries, cultivating old bush vines on sandy chalk soils, in a hot dry climate they have never used, nor needed chemicals.

A bright straw yellow wine. Vibrant fresh fruits, quite complex with intense pear and peach flavours with some citrus fruit and a hint of grapefruit. Quite floral and aromatic.
