Cave de Turckheim's Edelzwicker features classic varieties Pinot Blanc and Riesling that have been blended with the less well-known Sylvaner grape, which brings delicacy and satisfying acidity.

Aromatic and ripe on the nose. This is a delicious and complete white blend with rounded orchard fruit and green apples, plenty of fleshy texture and a racy, refreshing acidity.
