Elemart Robion is a distinguished family vineyard situated in the Vallée de l’Ardre, Southwest of Reims, covering 4.38 hectares. This estate, with a rich five-generation legacy in the picturesque village of Lhéry, was established over 60 years ago by Thierry's grandparents. Thierry and Catherine, who took over in 1992, have since dedicated themselves to cultivating their vineyards with a focus on organic viticulture, achieving certification by 2014. Their approach is rooted in a deep respect for their terroir, combining traditional practices with a modern commitment to sustainability.

Their 60/40 blends 60% Chardonnay and 40% Meunier. Hand-harvested in 2018, the pick of the crop undergoes a mix of stainless steel and oak barrel vinification, natural settling, and malolactic fermentation. Bottled in 2019 and aged on lees for 36 months, this was disgorged in June 2022, with a dosage of 4 g/l.

This champagne exhibits a luminous pale yellow color with deep yellow highlights. The initial nose offers delicate fragrances of acacia, strawberry, and pineapple, which evolve into notes of hazelnut, white peach, pear, and fresh butter upon aeration. On the palate, it presents a pulpy fruitiness with vibrant lemony and orange acidity, underpinned by a limestone minerality, saltiness, and a hint of iodine.
