This Valpolicella Ripasso DOC strikes a beautiful balance between power and elegance—it never gets old. Its deep ruby colour hints at what’s to come: a vibrant bouquet of cherries, vanilla, pepper and dark chocolate, lifted by touches of wild berries, rose petals and a trace of rosemary. A subtle roasted note evokes freshly ground coffee, adding depth and intrigue.
The wine’s richness begins in the vineyard, with perfectly ripened grapes. It’s then elevated by the traditional ripasso method, where the Valpolicella is refermented on Amarone grape skins, infusing it with greater character and complexity.
