Domaine Chante Cigale L'Apostrophe / 2022 / 75cl

L'Apostrophe is sourced from the Sabon Favier family's vineyard in Travaillon, 10 miles from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Vines are at least 35 years old and grow in soils made up of clay and chalk covered with a layer of pebbles, which naturally keeps yields low.

Made with no added sulphites, the fruit is more primary and pure with a fresh and slightly restrained palate. Rich and powerful - the Grenache adds flesh - this has all the intense flavours of the south.
