Domaine de Mauperthuis Irancy / 2021 / 75cl

Irancy is one of Burgundy's most northerly red wine appellations and combines the classic Pinot Noir alongside a regional speciality - Cesar, which brings a little more structure and power to the wines than you might expect from such a northerly Burgundian red.

After a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine spends 12 months developing in barrel (10-15% new oak).

Firm and velvety on the palate, aromatic with great charm.
