Domaine Perroud Brouilly l'Enfer des Balloquets / 2022 / 37.5cl

It was Robert's grape harvesters who named this cuvée. The Balloquets hillsides are indeed unforgiving for the harvesters, who must pick the small bunches on a 40% slope. The steep slopes of the old vines (70 years old), facing due south in Brouilly, shelter flowers among the vin. A refined pleasure that evokes the work of bees, even in its aromas (mead, gingerbread, beeswax). A future Premier Cru!
