Domaine Villemaine Chenonceaux 'La Carriere' / 2023 / 75cl

Selected from low yielding south-facing plots with a slope of about 7%.  Destemming of grapes before pressing.  Skin-contact performed on 30% of the wine. Ageing on fine lees for nine months.

Pale gold coloured vintage. Nose with an exotic character (passion fruit, mango, acacia). Full and generous palate with beautifully soft flavours. Rich, fruity wine, complemented by an elegant, fresh and long finish.
