Fado White is made mainly from the traditional Fernão Pires and Arinto with a small touch of Viosinho. The Fernão Pires provides the rich fruit notes, Arinto the aroma and fresh acidity and the Viosinho fruity twist in the finish.

Subtle notes of stone fruits and citrus blossom.  Clear mineral flavours with a zesty finish
