This oaky and fruity small-batch release results from one of Dr. Bill's rare experiments with Cognac casks, elegantly winding notes of spice and leather with Glenmorangie's wondrous fruit flavours.

Master Distiller Dr Bill Lumsden had long dreamed of introducing the soft, mellow taste of cognac to Glenmorangie’s single malt, but the power of the French oak casks had previously threatened to overwhelm its delicate, fruity spirit. This time, he carefully selected casks that had been filled many times over, softening the wood influence and bringing subtle notes of clove and pepper and hints of leather to the fore.
