Guerila’s biodynamic Zelen captures the purity of its high, south‑facing terraces in the Vipava Valley. Organically farmed vines rooted in marine‑sediment (flysch) give low‑intervention fruit of real clarity, and the gentle six‑hour maceration, spontaneous fermentations and four months on lees in stainless steel preserve both texture and lift. Everything, down to the moon‑calendar bottling, is geared toward expressing the grape and its place.

The wine shines a pale green‑yellow and opens with a vivid mix of Mediterranean herbs - bay, rosemary, thyme - layered over subtle floral and stone‑fruit notes. On the palate it’s delicate yet characterful, carried by clean minerality, fresh acidity and a smooth, lightly rounded finish. A quietly distinctive expression of Zelen with real poise.
