Jean-Baptiste Adam Riesling Pur-Granite / 2023 / 75cl

Vinification takes place in century old oak casks with indigenous yeasts, and then matured for 10 months. The Riesling is also vinified with low levels of sulphites. The vibrant and aromatic profile of this wine is classic, ripe citrus flavours of lemon, grapefruit and peach with notes of white blossom. The palate is shows the same qualities with flint stones and salinity and a lively acidity, a delightful dry style for Riesling fans.
