Juan Gil Dulce Monastrell / 2015 / 37.5cl

Produced from 100% Monastrell grapes grown on ungrafted, unirrigated vines. They are hand-picked once they reach the desired level of sugar and undergo fermentation. Then half the wine is transferred into small stainless steel tanks and half into French oak barrels half for at least 5 years to complete the ageing process.

Intense aromas of ripe black fruits. The palate is complex and concentrated with notes of figs, dates, dried apricots, alongside mineral and earthy notes. The natural sugars give a round and opulent mouthfeel, with lingering honey characters on the finish.
