Louis Jadot Beaune Blanc / 2019 / 75cl

This Beaune white is a blend of two vineyards : one of them is located underneath the Premier Cru Bressandes on top of the Beaune hill, the other one is produced from a vineyard at the foot of the hill close to a water source.  It also benefits from a high proportion of replié wines (declassified 1er cru wines).

Fresh citrus and white‑flower aromas lead, supported by gentle oak spice and a touch of hazelnut. The palate is clean and medium‑bodied, balancing ripe orchard‑fruit richness with a line of bright acidity. A subtle creamy note from the lees rounds things out, finishing neatly with a hint of mineral lift.
