The first thoughts when you pour this wine is it’s fabulous bright & deep ruby colour. But this is only the start of a great taste experience. A layered wine with so much to unwrap. The more you drink the more you discover. Sour cherries & subtle warm spices such as cinnamon & cloves give way to rich juicy cherry, chocolate & pepper on the palate, with a good length & a perfumed finish. Perfect to drink now & potential for aging for a few years.
