Through using carefully selected hops, decoction mashing and extensive lagering times they aim to create as expressive and crisp pilsners as possible. Omnipollo Pilsner sets of to be just that, the perfect thirst quencher, but without losing the robust malty body, herbal hop notes and bitterness.
