The Vignerons de Florensac cooperative farms sustainably, harvesting at night and fermenting at low temperatures to lock in purity. The cellar runs on solar power — a tangible reflection of their eco‑focused approach.

The wine is aged briefly on fine lees for extra roundness.  It has is a pale, lightly sparkling white with fine, abundant bubbles and a clean, citrus‑driven profile. Expect grapefruit and lemon zest alongside crisp white‑fleshed fruit, all carried by a taut, elegant palate and a mouth‑filling mousse. Bright, refreshing and quietly versatile, it’s an easy aperitif but has the lift and clarity to run happily through a meal.
