Pisano’s Cisplatino Tannat is rooted in the clay‑calcareous soils of Progreso, its 100% Tannat given just a few months in French oak to round the edges without masking the fruit. That gentle élevage keeps the wine honest and expressive, letting the variety’s natural perfume and energy shine through.

It opens lifted and bright, ruby‑dark and full of plummy fruit, walnuts, spice and a touch of youthful earthiness. The palate is smooth and dense but never heavy, carrying soft smoky notes of blueberry, blackberry and raisin. It’s a clean, precise, unadorned expression of Tannat—juicy, characterful and shaped by careful, confident cellar work.
