Rooted in Manduria’s long tradition of Primitivo and rosato, this sparkling rosé comes from Produttori di Manduria, a historic cooperative founded in 1932 and now one of Puglia’s most quality‑driven grower collectives. The fruit is handled gently to keep its pale hue and bright aromatics, then given a secondary fermentation for that fine, lively mousse the winery has become known for.

Expect crisp, summery notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate and a touch of rosehip, lifted by a subtle saline edge.
