Quiquiriqui Mezcals are all single palenque, handcrafted spirits, produced in Oaxaca, Mexico. Established in 2012, they partner directly with families who have been producing traditional Mezcals in their communities for generations. The products are made to order in small batches and the team are committed to making their Mezcals with a social responsibility towards the local communities

Artisanal – pit roasted, crushed with Tahona, wild fermentation in wooden vats, double distillation in alembic 350ltr stills.

TASTE & AROMA

On the nose, sweet agave, leather, vanilla, pepper and smoke. These lead into a lightly vegetal, earthy, woody, 

Lightly vegetal, earthy, woody, black pepper taste, finishing with a slightly sweet, spicy, dark chocolate.
