Raventos i Blanc Blanc de Blancs / 2020 / 75cl

Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine marked by the typicity of its place of origin, the Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over 40 years’ old, which allows us to obtain a structured, fresh and complex sparkling wine.

The 2020 vintage has been enhanced by the first use of the almost extinct Malvasia de Sitges grape variety in the blend.  Raventos describe the variety as "complicated in viticulture but a jewel in winemaking".  The addition of 5% to the blend bringing acidity, intensity and aromatic complexity.

On the nose are fresh notes of citrus, with hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is beautifully balanced, with a round, full mouthfeel and a fresh and persistent finish.
