S.A.PRÜM BLUE is a blend of wines from their Bernkastel vineyards. In this area, we can draw on the blue slate soil, which produces particularly mineral Rieslings.

It's a clean, modern Mosel Riesling with real appeal. The aromatics are crisp and direct — lime, green apple and a clear slate note — giving it that instantly recognisable, refreshing profile you expect from a dry Riesling.

On the palate it’s bright, focused and properly dry, with citrus and crunchy orchard fruit carried by firm, refreshing acidity. The finish is neat, mineral and satisfying.
