Zumo is a thrilling new hop from the folks at Segal Ranch, named after a Spanish term for citrus zest. Its vibrant lime characteristic had the team at Stone Brewing hooked immediately, and it was time for them to do a little experimentation of their own. They found out that Mosaic hops, when taking a backseat in the recipe for once, truly elevated Zumo’s flavor to monstrous levels of refreshing zestiness. Now they’re certified Zumologists.
