Sweetheart Sauvignon Blanc, Oliver Zeter / 2022 / 50cl

Sweetheart is a bold sweet wine made from late harvested and very ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes – fermented spontaneously before they were exposed to the cold January “open air”. The wine is fruity,exotic and spicy with a refned acidity and fruit sweetness.
