The Impressionist Chardonnay / 2024 / 75cl

An elegant unoaked Aussie Chardonnay, fermented in steel tanks with the aim to show the fruit character of the grape when grown in a hot southern hemisphere climate. Bright lemon in colour with a fresh nose full of ripe peach and citrus. The palate has a nice weight with flavours of ripe mango, pineapple and peach with a crisp acidity and green apple notes. The tropical notes linger on the palate finishing long and refined.
