Tibaani Amber Rkatsiteli, Dugladze / 2017 / 75cl

The vineyards of Tibaani, Sighnaghi region, Kakheti, are considered to be perfect for the traditional Kakhetian qvevri amber wines. The black and clay soils of this area ensure the growth of a very special Rkatsiteli, from which Dugladze make the wine full of body and strength.

Around 3 months of skin contact in traditional Georgian qvevri lend this delicious amber (orange) wine real weight and structure.  Plump fruit flavours of peach, mango, and dried apple are lent depth and richness by spicy notes as well as elements of candied nuts.
