These beers have been chosen to provide a beautiful balance between sweet fruits, sour citrus, bitter hops and savoury umami.  A complex tropical character with elegant acidity and a soft round fruitiness.  The beers in this include ingredients such as yuzu, passion fruit, guava, orange, pineapple, cinnamon and seaweed.
