Collection: Omnipollo Brewery

Omnipollo is a boundary-pushing Swedish brewery founded in 2010 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin, united by a vision to redefine what beer could be. Initially operating as a nomadic, or “gypsy”, brewery, they collaborated with producers around the world, crafting bold, genre-defying beers while pairing them with Grandin’s distinctive, surreal artwork. This fusion of brewing and design quickly earned Omnipollo a cult following, with creations ranging from pastry stouts to fruit-laden sours that challenge traditional styles and expectations.

In 2020, Omnipollo established its own brewery inside a deconsecrated church in Sundbyberg, Stockholm—a fittingly unconventional home for a brand that treats beer as both craft and canvas. Today, they continue to brew both in-house and through global collaborations, maintaining a restless creativity that spans continents. With taprooms in Stockholm, Hamburg, and Tokyo, Omnipollo remains a vibrant force in the international craft beer scene, celebrated for its imaginative approach and fearless experimentation.
